Can I sell my coin in the future?

Yes. The certificate does not carry the owner's name — it transfers with the coin as the title deed. Simply sell the coin and certificate together. To update the ownership record in our ledger, contact admin@solidstatebitcoin.com with the coin serial number and new owner's details. Transfers are processed on the 1st of every month.

What if I lose my certificate?

Lost or destroyed certificates can be replaced upon request. Contact contact@solidstatebitcoin.com with proof of ownership. Replacement certificates are issued at cost — postage and handling fees apply. Your ownership remains registered in our distributed secure ledger regardless of certificate status.

How long does delivery take?
